How to change your voicemail PIN :
- Pick up the phone and wait for a dial tone.
- Dial *36 to access your voice mail portal.
- Enter your PIN, if this is the first time accessing your voicemail your PIN is 1234.
- Press 8 for Personal Options.
- Press 1 to change your PIN.
- Enter your four digit PIN.
How to access your voicemail :
- Pick up your phone and wait for a dial done.
- Dial *36 to access your voice mail portal.
- Enter your PIN number.
- Press 1 to listen to messages
How to access the online web portal

Open your web browser

Go to http://www.commspeed.net. At the CommSpeed home page choose the My Account link at the top.

Log into your My Account portal.

In the top menu of the my account portal choose “Voice Portal” from the top menu. This will log you into the Voicemail Portal automatically.
