 Forward to an extension in your account or a phone number.
*31  Line Status  Check to hear the Call Handling status of the extension.

 Access Voicemail Box

 Report the extension number and the recorded name of the phone/ext.

*67  Block Caller ID  Blocks the caller ID for a call.

 Call Waiting

 Answers a second incoming call while placing the first call on hold.

 Calls the last inbound caller.

 Disable Call Waiting

 Disable the call waiting on this call.

 

How to change your voicemail PIN :

  1. Pick up the phone and wait for a dial tone.
  2. Dial *36 to access your voice mail portal.
  3. Enter your PIN, if this is the first time accessing your voicemail your PIN is 1234.
  4. Press 8 for Personal Options.
  5. Press 1 to change your PIN.
  6. Enter your four digit PIN.

How to access your voicemail :

  1. Pick up your phone and wait for a dial done.
  2. Dial *36 to access your voice mail portal.
  3. Enter your PIN number.
  4. Press 1 to listen to messages

How to access the online web portal

  1. Open your web browser

  2. Go to http://www.commspeed.net. At the CommSpeed home page choose the My Account link at the top.

  3. Log into your My Account portal.

  4. In the top menu of the my account portal choose “Voice Portal” from the top menu. This will log you into the Voicemail Portal automatically.
