Bandwidth Usage Portal

We would like to take a moment and thank you, our customers, for your patience as we have transitioned from a speed based recurring invoice to a usage based recurring invoice. We are proud to announce the Bandwidth Monitoring Tool is now available for all customers to utilize and review their account activity daily. The Bandwidth Monitoring Tool can be found on our website at https://www.commspeed.net under the My Account drop down menu. The option for the Tool is called “Bandwidth Information Portal” and the link will take you to a log in screen. You may use the same Username and Password that you currently use to login to the MyAccount selection when you view your invoices or pay your bill. If you do not know your Username or Password, you may contact our support department toll free at 1-888-772-1137 Monday through Friday, 8AM to 8PM, and Saturday or Sunday, 8AM to 6PM. Our staff will be happy to assist you in using the tool for the first time. CommSpeed values our customers’ opinions and we would appreciate any feedback regarding the Bandwidth Information Portal and we encourage you to contact our support department with your feedback. Scheduled Maintenence for CommSpeed VoIP Phone Service

 

Dear CommSpeed VoIP Phone Customers,

Please be aware that CommSpeed will be performing scheduled maintenance Saturday, May 5th 2012.  This maintenance will occur between the hours of 11:00 PM - 2:00 AM MDT. The purpose of this maintenance window is to release new features and bug fixes to the providers platform.


DATE/TIME & DURATION

  • Saturday, May 5th 2012 from 11:00 PM to 2:00 AM MDT.  The maintenance window includes time for setup, maintenance, testing and validation.

CUSTOMER IMPACT

  • CommSpeed VoIP services may temporarily be unavailable during the maintenance window.
